We spent 4 nights and 5 days at the hotel. Standard rooms seemed a little small to us. There is not much closet space. Room cleaning is done every day. The staff and the reception are attentive to any need. The employees are attentive and friendly. The pools are small and hot. Children can sometimes be negatively affected by the heat. Turkish bath, sauna and steam room are separated by hour for men and women. It's bad that we can't use whatever we want whenever we want. Parking is sufficient. There is extra busyness on weekends. As for the food, the food service and food were a bit weak in our opinion. There are 3 types of meat, chicken and vegetables available every day. I think a meal that ran out on our second day was not replenished. In my opinion, finished dishes should always be renewed exactly the same. Hygiene should be given importance in the restaurant. A pot of tea is served for breakfast or dinner. If they get angry when it's over, they change it, it doesn't matter, they change it when we ask. The most important thing is that all drinks except tea and water are paid. We were very surprised to learn that drinks were chargeable on our first day. It would be much better if there were areas where children could spend time.

We would like to thank the restaurant chef Mr. Hayri and his team for their delicious food and fast service. You will definitely leave feeling rested. We would like to thank the reception staff, especially Ms. Berna and Mr. Seyfullah, for their friendly, solution-oriented approach and warmth during the first welcome. The spa section is incredibly relaxing and you notice the relief of pain from the first day. But my suggestion is to stay at least 3 nights. The cleaning staff, Ms. Necla, is a joker. She always gives positive energy with her smiling face, interest and service. It will definitely be one of my reasons to visit again. He offered us thermal water, I didn't know it was drinkable, it must be tried. But 2 glasses is the maximum you can drink. If you want some advice for those coming for the first time, be sure to take your bonnet and slippers. Otherwise, you can get it from the hotel at an affordable price. Bathrobe and towel service is always available. We received the scrub and foam service, it provided a short but effective relief, not to mention the massage :) I definitely recommend it for both nature and healing. Finally, transportation is very convenient. 5 stars from me :)
